Our privately-owned Villas In Marbella are of the highest possible quality. They are elegantly designed in the attractive Mediterranean style, exhibiting traces of the Moorish influence. All apartments feature spacious bedrooms and generous lounge areas, along with marble bathrooms and generously-proportioned terraces which overlook exotic gardens, the infinity pool and the Mediterranean sea beyond…

• Our Villas In Marbella are arranged on the beachside of the resort around the pool area, on the raised ground floor, making it safe for your children, and are only a few steps away from the pool and garden area.
• Our apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with Jacuzzi) and sleep up to 4 people – however we can arrange for a sofa-bed that would allow for an additional 2 people to sleep in complete comfort (please contact us for details).
• All our Villas In Marbella have a south-facing orientation so receive their full share of the sun with great ocean views.
• Both the lounge and master bedroom feature full-length panoramic windows, wide sliding African-Teak-framed glass doors the incorporate mosquito-net curtains.
• Both sliding doors lead out onto an expansive sun-drenched terrace edged by a private manicured lawn. Here you can take meals or socialize on outdoor garden furniture, including loungers. There is also a large shaded area you can use when you feel you need to take a break from the sun whilst still enjoying the view.
• The excellent 6-seat dining and seating a section is part of the generously-proportioned lounge area where you will also find a sound system that is hooked up to hidden speakers in every room including the terrace, HDTV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a Satellite decoder for which feel free to bring your own satellite decoder card.
• A micro-climate air-quality control system (otherwise known as air conditioning) provides whatever temperature you choose throughout the year and throughout the apartment with individual controls for each room.
• Infinitely adjustable sunken halogen lighting incorporating ‘mood-settings’ help provide the perfect ambience.
• Kitchens provide for your self-catering needs; conveniently situated next to the dining area and exhibiting the attention-to-detail you would expect to find in a professionally-designed interior. The classic kitchen units are simple in design, superlative in quality (with granite worktops and marble floors) and complemented by Siemens appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the cutlery and utensils you may need.
• In keeping with the overall ambience of elegant-but-stylish simplicity the bathrooms are adorned with travertine marble on the floors and walls, complemented by delicate borders. They feature under-floor heating, enormous fog-resistant mirrors and speakers in the ceiling. The master bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, additional rinsing shower over the Jacuzzi bath and ‘his and hers’ wash-basins.
• Each apartment has its own underground parking space with remote-controlled doors serviced by a silent hydraulic lift to the apartment wing and a video security entry system (incorporates a magnetic card entry system).
